Comparable Worth Committee

Mission Statement 

The Comparable Worth Committee was established in accordance with MN §471.991-.999 by the Jackson City Council to re-evaluate employee job descriptions as requested by department heads and approved for review by the Council. The Committee meets as needed and members, other than the Council Representative, are appointed based on which department requests the review.

The Comparable Worth Committee meets as needed at City Hall.
