Minutes are not considered "official" until they are approved by the board which happens at the following meeting. Some of the current Minutes you find here are only proposed since they are pending approval at the next meeting.

If you have an item for inclusion on the City Council Agenda it needs to be delivered to City Hall by 1:00 p.m. the Thursday before the Council meeting.
