Pay Utility Bill
Bills come out on the 1st of the month and are due by the end of the day on the 15th.
Bills can be paid with cash, check, or card at City Hall during open hours. Checks can be left in the drop box in the City Hall parking lot anytime.
You will need your account number and last amount paid to find your bill through the online portal. Call City Hall at 507-847-4410 during open hours for assistance.
We offer an autopay option through a checking or savings account. This automatically drafts payment from your bank account on the 15th of the month. Fill out the form below and return to City Hall or email to utilities@cityofjacksonmn.com.
